If you are contacting us about not receiving your order, check your Junk mail first. Then you can check the status of your order on our order status page, where you can also download the file if it’s complete.
If you are asking why the site we have provided you doesn’t contain some pages or missing content then please provide us the Wayback URLs that are missing so we can investigate, otherwise just telling us we haven’t downloaded the full content is not going to do anything and you may discover that Wayback doesn’t have the page anyway so we can’t get pages that don’t exist.
